Otomox is a powerful robot and the self-proclaimed
"Master of Robots." He is a creation of thne evil Doctor Minuscus, a mad scientist who wants to conquer the world with armies of robots and his "Green
Lightning." The villains are thwarted by engineer Lamballe, his niece Josette,
and nephew Marc. They used the "Rainbow
Wave" designed by Lamballe to destroy the villain and his underground lair.
