Alain Landier is a medical doctor.  The first ten episodes form a complete story in which Landier is contacted by alien survivors living inside a hollow planet in the solar system. Later episodes deal with archeological enigmas and strange, unexplained phenomena.

Publishing History

 
Alain Landier was published as a series of short stories (8 to 12 pages-long) in the weekly "Tintin" magazine from 1962 to 1970.   The stories were collected in two graphic novels by Belgian publisher Jour in 2000 and 2001.
